The actual term used wasn't even "launderer."  It was a reference to his
"laundry."  That ordinarily wouldn't even be interpreted as a PERSON at
all, but a business.  Klahn heard "laundry" and heard it as a reference
to a specific person of a specific race based on HIS racial stereotypes.

So the racism was his.  Maybe that is why he reacts to logic the way a
vampire reacts to sunlight.
