And she sent it to what address?  And was it netmail or email? Ad what is
her name, node number or email address?

It's possible that if it was email, that spam filtering may have zazpped
her message.  I recently updated a spam blocker script, and its possible
that some legit mail got lost....

That would be helpfull....I know that now and again gmail appears in the
