Yes, it IS available in Toronto, and everywhere else in North America.

So the BAMA echo IS available all over FidoNet Zone 1, which includes all
of the U.S. and Canada! (I carry it on my BBS!)
If your BBS's host does not show it, they are using a VERY OLD Elist,
because it has been available for several years, or else someone has
decided not to make it available for some reason!
All your SysOp has to do is to send netmail to his/her hub suggesting
that they get an up to date Elist, then your SysOp can send an AREAFIX
message to turn on the BAMA echo.
I hope this clears it up for you and that you should have it available in
a couple of days.
