    If any law enforcement officer shoots a law-abiding citizen between 
the eyes simply because he placed his hand in his coat, the courts of 
N.C. should prosecute that officer to the fullest extent of the law.  
Think about what you are saying.  You imply that simple possession of a 
firearm indicates criminal intent.  Don't think it works this way.  
Armed law-abiding citizens are no threat to law enforcement, in N.C. or 
any other state of the Union.
