On 21 Jul 05 17:21:00, TIM RICHARDSON got back to DAN CEPPA -> Re: URL correction DC>However, it appears that both Ross and I missed that reference. TR> It is of no consequence now. Wayne realized he was wrong, and Don't use this Echo for Other Echo Business. I'm sending this response as a one-shot deal. TR> This post of yours is a good example. I didn't notice it was `netmail' TR> and I typed this response, only to notice it was in the `netmail' echo TR> and Docsplace will `not' take an upload to `netmail'. Please take that up with DOC's. TR> I also cannot post a message `in' the netmail area at Docsplace, the TR> editor that comes up to allow you to do that is real screwy, and won't TR> do anything when I try to type in it. So fuck it! Netmail is not an TR> option for me, and I'm not inclined to fool around with it. Got at I-net addy? As it stands, other then this response, I will not continue this thread here. I'll do what I can to help. But, I think that RossC is more of the expert on such matters. DC>There may be a way around that, though: If you want posting privileges DC>restored: All you have to do is agree to abide by the Echo Rules. TR> Within the parameters of your echo rules, I can get along. Stay within them and you can resume posting again. TR> But being `sniped' at without the option of a response is not TR> acceptable. Do remember that works 2 ways. If you don't snipe, the chances of someone placing their cross-hairs on you go down. You can also properly point out a transgression in the Echo. As for the Netmail problem, at least one other poster there has found a way to work around it. BTW, I do not allow "Tit for Tat" as condoning of a re-flame. If in the Echo, provide a copy of what you deem a flame. Ross and/or I will take it from there. Comments after that from others than the Moderators are Off-Topic. --- OMX/Blue Wave/DOS v2.30* Origin: Soundly on the Fault Line (1:138/666.0) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 5030/786 @PATH: 138/666 123/500 106/2000 633/267 |
