I'll take a stab in the dark and saying, this is only for OS/2 compilers
isn't it?.. :)..well it's not and entire stab in the dark, I have looked at
the source for it.. is there any plans on doing this for DOS?.. because I
would love a faster version of fgets/fread etc.. although I suppose I could
rip them out of the stdio.c file :) if it works that is :)
