A Fall River MA. man killed a Pit Bull he said
was "sniping at him", whatever that means.

The man went inside his home where he was at no threat
at all, grabbed a knife, went back outside and slit the Pit Bulls
throat.

Having had my own run in with an aggressive Pit Bull
I can't imagine someone emerging unhurt form an aggresive attack.

The 2 year old dog died screaming in it's owners arms.
She had a letter from her Vet saying the dog was not aggressive.

Still the owner is partly responsible IMO for leaving her dog
unattended.

Animal cruelty charges have been filed against the Fall Rivers
man who killed the dog.
