Congratulations.  

Daughters went to Books-a-Hundred or whatever and stood in line.  Younger
one didn't get the book, but accompanied older one (standing around at 11
at night is better with safety in numbers).  So older daughter has the
book, is reading it madly, and we'll probably have the loan of it after
this weekend.  I'll get my copy later, when the madness dies down.  
Yes, I could have pre-ordered it from Barnes & Noble, but I didn't get one
of them round things (a tuit, y'know).
