Subject: [drakelist] arrl.net and other forwarding addresses
"Thom R. Lacosta" made an utterence to
the drakelist gang
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Every now and then I take a peek at the subscriber list and notice that
there are quite a few folks who are using addresses like yourcall{at}arrl.net
I'm only prompted to look at the list when I get a lot of bounce messages....and
when I do, I delete the address if the bounce message tells me there is no user
account.
But, with arrl.net and other forwarding type addresses, I can't tell which
arrl.net address is being forwarded to a bad address.
So...it would be in your best interest, if you are using an arrl.net or similar
forwarding type email address to subscribe from a non-forwarded address, as I
will start to remove any arrl.net addresses from the database.
