From time to time, even though the web-access BBS seems to be working
perfectly (no errors in ele.log), I find users' home directories in the
cgi-bin directory.  There is usually a proper one in the correct place
\ele\home.  I delete the ones in cgi-bin, but several days later they
appear.

Any ideas on this?
