Does anyone have a copy of the ANSI/ISO C++ draft?  I have
been told it is available.  As I recall, an ANSI draft has
to be frozen for a year before it becomes a standard.  And
the drafts are available for public comment.  Guess what
happens if you get a copy of the final draft!?  :-)
