Not yet.  I consider it to still be in "draft" form as I'm still
testing it and making quite a few modifications yet.

When I do make it available in archive form it will probably be available
from 3:635/727 as 3:633/267 discontinued operation recently.

Back in the days when I used Turbo Pascal I used a library of Pascal source
code called the "Technojocks Turbo Toolkit", and I wanted to
provide my C programs with some of the video functionality I used to have
with TTT.  Actually from memory, some of the assembler and other code was
stolen and adapted from the Msged code, so it wasn't written all from
scratch.  I wanted to avoid copying code verbatim from Msged though, as
some of the code provided functionality (such as mouse support) that I have
no immediate need for.  Also, some of the VidMgr functions are not
available in the Msged code, eg. text centering, box painting, etc.  I
don't think the small effort I put into writing VidMgr was wasted. :-)
