I have programs that start up when the computer resets whether someone
is logged on or not.  Argus is in the scheduled tasks, with instructions
to run at system start up.  WINVNC server is set to start by the way it
is in the start up tasks.  For both programs, no user is signed on when
they start.  I can use WINVNC from another computer to sign into that
computer remotely.
