From an article in the rec.radio.shortwave newsgroup, posted by RFPI:
The testing phase of our new 10 Kilowatt transmitter continues this week. 
Operating at reduced power, we will utilize the frequency of 15.050 (AM mode) 
for these tests from approximately UTC 1700-2200.
If  all goes well, we should begin broadcasting with the full 10 kw shortly. 
Please take a moment to jot us a reception report via e-mail during this test 
period.  And many thanks from the engineering staff at RFPI!
With the addition of the 15050 AM (19 meters) frequency during the day, we 
will be dropping 6200 AM (49 meters) effective immediately.
