I remember that scandal. Well, Radio Shack is hurting itself since
there are a few dealers mentioned in Monitoring Times that will ship
unblocked scanners south of the border. If I were to get a scanner
today, that's the path I'd take.

Anyone buying a scanner has to be a fool to buy a crippled radio. If it
does not have full frequency coverage, I do not want it.
