Hee! Richard was doing some replacing of clapboards that the beaver (AKA
Fiddle) had chewed on the barn. He was using a circular saw to cut them...an
old one that makes a real racket! Fiddle was dancing around her stall as
usual, but Shiloh didn't even twitch an ear! No joke, I really think you
COULD set off a bomb under this horse and she wouldn't move! We've already
had kids climbing over, under around that through her...even one little girl
who is very skittish around horses stayed by her side and patted and patted
her. The horse never moved. I'm going to have to get used to this! BTW,
Fiddle seems to have mellowed some in the short time that this mare has been
here...guess she's not lonely anymore, and Shiloh must be a calming
influence! Secondary gains! Oh, yes!!!!
