It's a common problem with NW 3.11, and not just with PCI cards. If you
apply all of the service updates to NW 3.11 and change the LAN adapter
technology to the newer modular style, this should fix it. But, in my
experience, this problem is harmless as long as you don't hit the drivers
with MONITOR.
