Cold and foggy all summer long, and windy and cool all winter except when it's raining and/or foggy. I lke our golden hills of te East Bay -- mostly we don't talk about the weather, it's nice most of the time & doesn't change much. Roses grow like crazy everwhere you look. but, there are these micro-climates here: don't like the weather, go ten miles in any direction and it'll be completely differnt.
