Ya, the rumor is that the RINOs made it clear that they wouldn't "approve"
Gaetz (my understanding is that Congress doesn't have veto power here, only
approve and consent - so I don't know why we would care, but...) so he stepped
back because Trump wants to start moving Day 1.
