If the SYS volume will mount, get JCMD.  It's a little tool that can delete 
the actual NDS databases.  Basically switch to the directory where NDS is 
kept and delet the file.  Hopefully, you'll be able to recreate them.  
Course, this is a last resort step.  After everything else is tried.
