There's two solutions, one easy, and one that requires a D/L :> First, you 
could put a line into the top of your NEWUSER1.MEC that says;
[mex]M\Chgdob
which will simply ask for their DOB. Or, you could download a program 
called Datafix, which will ask for their DOB, as well as format their phone
number to however you want it.
