Thanks to Matthew Parker, there is a new version of PDCOMM,
which has been hatched into the PDOMAIN TIC area, and is
available for FREQ from 3:711/934 with magic name "PDCOMM".
The great thing about this version is that the low-level
DOS routines are no longer compiler specific - they are
written in assembler.
For some reason the executable is still restricted to the
small memory model - large causes an abend, on both Watcom
and Borland.
It also incorporates a bug fix of my own, which I discovered
whilst doing some tests a month or more ago. Well worth
getting the replacement, anyway.
BFN. Paul.
