subject: Baltic Sea Cable Incident

So apparently a Chinese vessel has severed a Baltic Sea cable, and this is
the second time such a thing has happened:

Tracking information shows the ship keeping a steady course until it got
over the vicinity of the cable, where it then made several back-and-forth
motions until continuing on a normal course. The timing of the motions
coincides with the severing of the cable.
