I have not seen that.  If that is the case, they should be deported and
could be deported ASAP as they are already adjudicated.

I am aware of this.  I am also aware of cartels making life difficult on some
Native American reservations.

So are our own citizens, unfortunately.  They should be caught and tried
for their crimes.

No they are not.  This one started with a lady who posted something on FB
that went viral and she has since apologized.

For anyone whose case has not already been adjudicated, they will need to
have a hearing/trial before they can be deported.  I have *no* problems
with them being deported upon their case being adjudicated.  I also have
*no* problems with suspending asylum claims until the current mess is
worked out.
