Hello again,
I recently wrote u all on a project I was working on and I was having
trouble tieing it all together, well I've succeeded at that pretty much. My
? now is I have a weekly form which I fill in for stock control and I enter
the qty on hand and use a query to check if any of the qty are <3 and if so
a report is generated with only the part#'s below the qty of 3. This works
good but I wish to make an area in the report to state how mant parts of the
given part# I wish to order.
Can a "script" OR "formula" be written to do multiple checks? Example: if
the qty is <3 then order five more of that part. I suppose on could put in a
note on the report that any parts shown on this report you must order 5 of
each # presented, this would be easiest but, maybe not clean?
  What do you think folks?
   Thanks Ralph
