Ya, it's an interesting theory.  It would be nice for someone to investigate
it.  Maybe a gov't grant. :)

And, yes, that's why they are "still counting" ballots in a few places.

What makes the Elitists nervious, though, is that these few places "still
counting" will get a great deal of scrutiny.  The last thing the Elitists want
is for someone to examine what's been going on.
