See what the make and model number of the fan are. You might be able to
find an exact replacement. The fan on my ATI video card (an ADDA fan) was
failing and I found it on the Internet (about $12) (www.mouser.com).
However, I was able to clean the existing one, so I didn't buy the
replacement. The model number on my fan had various voltage, speed, and CFM
dash numbers, so make sure you get the right options.
