 And what is that supposed to mean?  You actually think LEO's aren't already
 worried about what people are carrying under their jackets?  Your average
 LEO doesn't worry about the every day "joe-shmoe" carrying a weapon.  He
 worries about the violent criminals who *already* carry weapons, with or
 without a CCW permit.
