Has anyone read the fine print in the videssence patent statement?  You
should before you shoot in a building that has had an energy audit by your
local power and light company.  Because you will probably be in violation of
their patent if you show the tape. All new buildings not have Tri-phosphor
tubes installed in the light fixtures and new electrionic balasts to go with
the new lights and together they produce the "Sustained RBG" lite that
videssence says that their patents cover.  "They" think that by taking off
the shelf Phillips TL80 30,35, and 4100k bulbs and adding an Advance Mark V
or Mark VII balast, that they can patent the idea and make "you" pay to use
existing tecnology. Read the Patent its like the Comptons CD-ROM patent.
