It's one thing to display a file to new callers,  and that's not all that 
hard to do (look in the max docs for what files get displayed during the 
logon process).
An alternative is to do like I do,  and dump them into a read-only message 
area that contains "tips and hints",  but unfortunately they'll need to be 
inclined to read messages to want to bother with any of that at all,  and 
some callers here don't seem inclined to even look at that stuff.
