Well, I am not sure if the VLM/IRQ15 story is realy fact, or just a story, 
but I have seen it mentioned in some Novell FYI too, but it's weird...
However, he cannot use IRQ14 instead, because IRQ14 is already in use for the 
primary IDE controller, and you cannot share ISA IRQ's on different cards.
