I think I know what it is...I am beta testing webroot software.  What ports
are you trying to access?

I may have to get their support folks in on this....or I may have to get
your phone number so I can call you to run some tests when I can watch.

As luck would have it...they discovered some things on my system that they
had never encountered before...this may be another one of them.

I am logged in via a wireless remote session and had to tell the firewall
to let the application access the system....
