ppl... I'm *house hunting*... don't freak me out with homeowner details
until I've bought the home and can't back out!
And I don't want to hear a *thing* about gutters, leaking basements, bad
roofs or cracked foundations.

not right now...

and then when I do... you ppl better have simple, inexpensive, fool-proof
fixes for all of it right at your fingertips.
Or maybe a book... The Homeowner's Guide to the Galaxy with a friendly face
and a "don't panic" on the cover...
