Hey Albano,

Here's mine. They're very straight forward:

=== Begin file elebbs.cmd ===
{at}echo off
{at}call c:\bbs\bats\sets.bat
cd\bbs\ele
elebbs -n%1 -b%2 -H%3
if not errorlevel 3 goto end
cd\bbs\fmail
fmailw32 scan
cfroute route.cfg
:end
===  End file  ===

and sets just contains a bunch of SET lines.

=== Begin file sets.bat ===
SET RA=C:\BBS\ELE
SET ELEBBS=C:\BBS\ELE
SET FMAIL=C:\BBS\FMAIL
SET ALLFIX=C:\BBS\ALLFIX
PATH %PATH%;C:\COMPRESS;C:\PROGRA~1\WINRAR;C:\BBS\FMAIL;C:\BBS\ALLFIX;C:\BBS\EL E
===  End file  ===

note that that last line should be part of the same line that starts with path. I.e.
PATH %PATH%;C:\COMPRESS;

linewraping forced it to be on separate lines here.
