none... they don't have the assembly lines or machines to build the parts
with... the last one was built from spare parts after challenger broke up
when it was violently ejected from the SRB and external fuel tank
assembly...

without them, we don't have any way of carrying the rest of the parts to
complete building the station...

however, the soyuz and progress ships still go up on regular schedule...
they are the lifeboats and supply ships...
