  Understood. But the question is; Is it possible to duplex drives (two 
drives two controllers) using the EIDE interface. I would ASSuME you would be 
best off using a PCI EIDE controller for at least one controller to avoid 
using the secondary ports on most motherboards which usually sit on IRQ15.
  I wouldn't practice this. I am merely morbidly curious.
