"Churchill's speech in Fulton  calling for the  conclusion  of  an
Anglo-American military alliance for the purpose  of  establishing
joint domination over the world..."

  Including the preventive  atomic war  against the USSR. When the
nuclear weapon was created   in  USSR,   Churchill had changed his
opinion on some things.
