Probably not on purpose, but it's neglectful. If Biden let his 7th grandkid starve to death (and I hope that he don't do that) then he didn't murder the kid, but he's guilty of neglect.

Biden was neglectful while Russia deployed troops. We didn't know it, but he wasn't only neglecting Ukraine, but he neglected billions of our dollars.

He was also neglectful in unfreezing $8 billion dollars for Iran, and neglectful of the billions in aid that we sent to Israel which many claim is being used to fund the slaughter of Palestinian civilians.

Biden's not directly responsible for all this, but he's neglectfully responsible for all of this.
