Works wonders here... I've got 2 of the SupraFAXmodem 28.8K externals... I 
get 28.8K on them... I've got a friend that can connect up to my USR 
v.everything at 33.6K with his NEW SupraFAXmodem 28.8+... It has the newer 
data pump...
