Never seen one, as you say all things are possible maybe some
American magazine may have something.
I know the PC can interface to some scanners and fully control
them, ie. log all frequencys which have something on them etc. for
full details I suggest you phone Lowes, they usually advertise in
Practical Wireless etc.

I use an AOR AR1500 which covers 0.5 upto 1300 mhz with no gaps
AM,FM,WFM and SSB, it does what I want, beware many of the
utilities are going encoded, not that you would want to listen to
the emergency services etc.
