It may not be happening right now. That part of the Tennessee law...
doctor's getting in trouble for assisting women in emergencies... is not
currently being enforced. It has been suspended pending the outcome of a
lawsuit.
If they lawsuit is decided in Tennessee's favor then, yes, I am positive it
will happen.
