Ballots are to be submitted via NetMail to Fred Riccio at 1:132/174.  Ballots 
must be received during the above voting period to be considered valid. Ballots
should include the name of the candidate selected and a password.  The 
passwords will be periodicly posted in FTSC_PUBLIC to allow the voters to 
verify that their ballot was counted correctly.
