actually the need is this one: 
the lady in the office makes a lot of scans using the MFP, and saved PDF 
files have names like 20171124-115322.pdf (year, month, day, hour etc etc)

after all the scans she goes back to her desktop and starts renaming and 
moving items fron the shared scan folder to proper destination directories, 
renaming with "intelligent" names

but she still has a Win XP machine :(

the first page is enough, no need to read page two or three

thumbnails, even set at 256 pixel, are not clear enough to read i.e. the 
invoice number or the product code
