It's just an easter egg. In fact the first parameter is the number of
simple phrases in a line and the second specifies the number of lines.
Those phrases, I suppose, are the font-testing pattern.
Where're also many interesting things to be found in programs made by the
man. Everyone likes to leave some memory about himself in time.
