Sort of like a company giving its useless workers a severance package if they
choose to leave.  Well, sometimes that IS the most cost effective way of
handling things.

But it sounds like something ripe for fraud.  Illegal1 calls his family to
come, helps them in, they all get 35K for a few days work.

I would hope that they keep track of the ones who took the payout so they don't
keep coming back.  Oh, wait, this is an European country.  They aren't that
smart.
