    Ok, suggestion.. you have now given the group a focus, now provide 
them some guidelines to work by and by all means develope a team 
structure, don't just turn it loose and say make this..  remember you 
are now managing a group of several programmers over wide distances, all 
of which are going to begin turning out code as fast as they can..  I 
work in the Quality assurance field and am interested in watching the 
dynamics of how this group works together and what the final outcomes 
will be..  good or bad..  Gentlemen you are now part of a case study in
