 Well, I'm a SPEED FREAK too... that's one reason I'm one of the guys who
 got the FREE X2 upgrade from USR for my 33.6 Courier... but for a increase
 of 50 to 100 cps... I don't think I'll bother... for a increase of over 20%
 then I'll take a look... You won't believe how far I push the dialing speed,
 if I set it just a hair faster, the teleco wouldn't be able to figure out
 what the heck am I dialing... :)
... EVERYONE is weird.  Some of us are proud of it.
