DW} One other thing...during the transfers with unix
  } sz, the number of files remaining gives a
  } strange value around 33,000.
Are you sure it wasn't around 65,000?  If the number of files sent
by the remote is 0, rather than missing altogether, {COMMO}
decrements it and ends up with a large negative number.  Treated as
an integer, it looks like 65535.  This will be fixed in the next
beta (should be available by the time you see this).
