Perhaps you took too small a sample to draw a good conclusion as to what
has recently been going on in this echo.

In this morning's QWK packet download from Docsplace, I see 116
posts to this echo, of which I count 24 by Ed Hulett and 52 by Cindy
Hagland.

Over the past 4 days QWK packets received here (9/19 - 9/22) looks like
there have been 227 posts to this echo, of which 39 were by Ed Hulett
and 71 were by none other than Cinders herself.  That is over 1.8 to 1
in favor of Cinders.

As to who may be trolling or flaming whom, and whose posts are "not
discussing anything at all", there are, as usual, varying opinions.  The
jaundiced eye sees all things as yellow.
