Thanks. There is a word in Finnish language for discrimination, and a word
for "discrimination" like difference insurance rates for people
of different ages, where the latter isn't exactly discrimination. So
basically in Finnish language there isn't such thing as "legal
discrimination" per se. So "Explicit laws now forbid certain
forms of discrimination." does not parse well when I translate it to
my language - that's what I was wondering about.
